The bathroom was totally fine — clean, smelled okay, and there wasn’t any mess anywhere. I had asked beforehand and support basically said, “It should be cleaned and ready for you,” and that was pretty much exactly what I found.

I originally signed up mainly because of the rewards program, since I figured if I was already shopping there anyway, I might as well earn something back. But after using it for a while, it just didn’t feel like it was adding much value. The points seem to build up really slowly, and by the time you actually have enough to use, the savings don’t feel like anything meaningful. The perks sounded nice at first, but in practice they didn’t really save me much money or make the membership feel special. I’m sure it might work better for someone who shops there constantly, but for me personally, it just doesn’t feel worth keeping...

Booking tickets on showbizcinemas was straightforward, so I’ll give them that. But the pricing felt like the goalposts kept moving. Had a good time here. Bowling was fun, and from what I could tell, the arcade games all worked well. Nothing felt frustrating or run-down, which is always a good sign. Just had a gut feeling it was a solid place to hang out for a bit.

Had an issue with our online tickets. Annoying, but it happens. The counter staff was nice, just couldn’t fix it at first. Asked for the manager. He came over fast, checked everything, said sorry, and got us into the next showing. We did miss the start, so not perfect. But they handled it well. Felt like they cared. 4 stars.

The theater is fine. No real complaints there. But the movie selection on showbizcinemas.com feels limited. Same big movies all the time. Smaller ones never really show up. I just wish there were more options. Gets boring fast
